About the Role
We are looking for a GTM Recruiter to join Vapi, a platform for deploying voice agents. This role will own full-cycle recruiting for revenue-generating functions and partner with executive leadership to design hiring strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- βOwn full-cycle recruiting for all GTM roles including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- βPartner with CRO, Marketing leadership, and founders to define hiring plans
- βDevelop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for competitive markets
- βBuild and nurture diverse talent pipelines
- βManage and improve structured interview processes
- βDrive offer strategy and close top-tier talent
- βUse data to track hiring metrics
- βEnhance employer branding within the AI ecosystem
- βMentor junior recruiters or coordinate external agencies
Requirements
- β5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with focus on GTM hiring
- βExperience recruiting for high-growth startups (Series AβC preferred)
- βProven track record hiring quota-carrying sales reps and GTM leaders
- βStrong sourcing skills and ability to attract passive talent
- βComfort partnering directly with executives
- βData-driven mindset with strong operational rigor
- βHigh ownership mentality and thrive in fast-paced environments
- βPassion for AI and emerging technology markets
