About the Role

We are looking for a Brand Creative to join our central creative studio at Carwow Group. This role involves elevating how our brands appear visually across multiple channels, from early concepts to final delivery. As the sole permanent designer, you'll play a central role in shaping visual communication while maintaining brand consistency and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

→Deliver high-quality design across brand, campaign, social, print, CRM, paid media and editorial channels
→Partner with creative leadership and copywriters to develop insight-led creative ideas
→Interpret brand guidelines pragmatically, knowing when to follow, adapt or propose improvements
→Produce scalable assets including layouts, toolkits, templates and visual systems
→Create social-first paid video content for YouTube and Meta
→Ensure brand creative translates effectively into digital journeys
→Present work clearly with rationale and design decision explanations
→Provide constructive feedback to freelancers
→Bring structure to design delivery through file organization and process improvements
→Contribute to Carwow’s Creative Community
→Explore AI solutions in creative workflow

Requirements

✓Strong portfolio showcasing concept development and crafted design across digital and print
✓Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
✓Ability to create coherent campaign executions across multiple channels
✓Experience adapting design for different channels, especially social and performance
✓Comfortable collaborating with copywriters and stakeholders
✓Self-sufficient, organized and proactive
✓Strong understanding of visual trends, social formats and motion in brand expression
✓Experience working across disciplines and connecting with creatives
