About the Role
We are looking for a commercially-minded and strategically-savvy Senior B2B Marketing Manager to join our high-performing team at Carwow. This role involves shaping and delivering Carwow’s B2B marketing strategy across the UK, Germany, and Spain, ensuring partners understand the value Carwow delivers across its partner product suite.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and lead the partner marketing strategy, aligned with business units and growth objectives.
- →Collaborate with marketing, product, and commercial teams to develop and execute the annual B2B marketing plan.
- →Plan and execute full-funnel campaigns across owned and earned channels.
- →Own and deliver industry-facing brand events.
- →Develop audience-first campaign strategies based on growth priorities and performance data.
- →Lead go-to-market planning for product launches and commercial campaigns.
- →Partner with commercial operations and CRM teams to support upsell, cross-sell, and pipeline acceleration.
- →Work with analytics and commercial teams to measure and optimize campaign impact.
- →Line manage and develop the Senior B2B Marketing Executive.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a tech, SaaS, marketplace, or automotive environment.
- ✓A clear, strategic thinker with a strong grasp of audience segmentation, messaging, and positioning.
- ✓End-to-end campaign experience from planning to performance analysis.
- ✓Understanding of balancing brand-building with pipeline generation.
- ✓Excellent communication skills and experience working with commercial and product teams.
- ✓Data-literate, comfortable with performance metrics, and driven by impact.
- ✓Proactive, get-things-done attitude in a fast-moving, scale-up environment.
- ✓Confident in managing stakeholders and cross-functional projects.
