About the Role
We are looking for a Tech Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team at Catawiki. You will focus on finding and connecting with great engineering talent in Lisbon, Amsterdam, and across the world, including candidates open to relocation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify strong engineering profiles and reach out in thoughtful ways
- →Quickly assess whether candidates are a match for our teams
- →Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements
- →Build solid pipelines and keep the hiring process moving smoothly
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience sourcing and screening engineers using LinkedIn, Boolean, X-ray, and other creative tactics
- ✓Strong ability to quickly understand candidate suitability and filter effectively
- ✓Genuine affinity for tech, understanding basics of languages, frameworks, and architecture
- ✓Ability to partner well with recruiters and hiring managers
- ✓Comfort using AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini for talent mapping, research, and sourcing efficiency
