About the Role

Cato Networks is seeking a Product Management Director to lead and grow a team of product managers for their Networking product management team. This role will be responsible for owning the SD-WAN capabilities of Cato’s SASE platform and translating market needs into a clear product strategy.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead Cato’s Networking product management team, owning the SD-WAN capabilities of Cato’s SASE platform.
→Manage and lead a team of product managers, providing clear direction, mentorship, and support.
→Work closely with customers, partners, engineering, sales and SE, marketing, operations and other teams to deliver industry-leading SD-WAN service at scale.
→Act as a subject-matter expert for Cato’s SD-WAN and networking capabilities.
→Engage directly with customers and partners to understand real-world networking challenges.
→Define and drive the SD-WAN/network product vision and roadmap.
→Conduct market and customer research, write detailed product requirement and design documents.

Requirements

✓3+ years in a relevant/similar managerial role
✓5+ years of product management experience
✓Strong technical background in enterprise networking and network security
✓Proven ability to lead, prioritize, communicate clearly, and influence across cross-functional teams
✓Business-driven and customer-first mindset
✓Strong product vision, with demonstrated experience in market research, competitive analysis, customer engagement
✓Strong presentation and storytelling skills
✓Experience or familiarity with SASE/SSE, SD-WAN, cloud networking, or security
✓Relevant certifications (CCNP/CCIE/JNCIE) - an advantage
