About the Role
Cato Networks is seeking experienced Sales Development Representatives to join their team. This role involves driving revenue in defined markets by prospecting and qualifying potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Prospect and qualify potential customers within an assigned geographic territory
- →Develop corporate customer prospects through direct telephone selling and emails
- →Work with Regional Sales Directors to identify potential customers and schedule presentations
- →Review leads weekly, maintain records, and generate reports on all activities
- →Stay informed on new products and services through sales training
- →Manage an intense, high-volume business with strong time management skills
- →Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of SDR experience in a fast-paced startup environment, ideally in Networking or Security
- ✓Demonstrated ability to exceed quarterly quotas
- ✓Blend of strategic thinking and tactical implementation
- ✓Ability to work cross-functionally in a team-oriented environment
- ✓Strong computer, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- ✓Experience with Salesforce.com, Outreach, Discovering, or other SDR productivity tools
- ✓Ability to travel to Trade Shows (~1-2x/year)
- ✓BA/BS Degree or equivalent higher education
- ✓English speaking - Required
