About the Role
We are looking for a Program Manager to join Cato Networks, a company pioneering cloud networking and security. This role focuses on translating strategy into execution and aligning teams to deliver high-priority initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead end-to-end, cross-organizational programs spanning multiple teams
- →Own program operating rhythm including planning, sequencing, and execution tracking
- →Translate product strategy and business goals into clear program plans
- →Establish and track program KPIs/OKRs, providing visibility into progress
- →Represent the program in executive and stakeholder forums
- →Drive continuous improvement by refining processes and tooling
Requirements
- ✓5+ years leading programs or large cross-functional initiatives in a software/technology environment
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field
- ✓Proactive problem-solving and ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams
- ✓Strong technical fluency across software architecture, APIs, distributed systems, and cloud technologies
- ✓Comfortable reviewing technical designs and identifying tradeoffs
- ✓Experience coordinating globally distributed teams with excellent English
- ✓Technical background in enterprise networking and network security (SASE, SD-WAN, an advantage)
- ✓Experience working with Tableau, PjM tools, JIRA, Salesforce
- ✓Leadership & Communication
- ✓Exceptional cross-functional leadership: ability to align teams and resolve conflicts
- ✓Clear, concise communication for both technical and non-technical audiences
- ✓Strong stakeholder management: sets expectations, manages ambiguity, and drives decisions to closure
