About the Role
Cato Networks is seeking a Product-Led Growth Manager to drive product adoption and conversion across their cloud networking and security platform. This role will focus on designing and optimizing end-to-end PLG journeys and aligning growth strategies with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and lead Product-Led Growth initiatives across the Cato platform
- →Design and optimize end-to-end PLG journeys, including onboarding, trials, and upgrade paths
- →Define and evolve freemium and SMB-focused business plans
- →Translate PLG strategy into clear product requirements and drive execution
- →Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and R&D to align growth motions
- →Conduct market and competitive research to identify PLG opportunities
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS
- ✓Deep understanding of Product-Led Growth, including SaaS metrics and PLG-driven customer journeys
- ✓Strong experience defining user-facing product experiences with UI/UX principles
- ✓Background or familiarity with networking and security technologies
- ✓Understanding of the SMB networking and security market
- ✓Strong leadership and communication skills with cross-functional team influence
