Key Responsibilities
- →Participate in and coordinate processes including job evaluation, market benchmarking, salary brackets review, budgeting and forecasting, annual salary review, share-based compensation management, and benefits management.
- →Create and upgrade tools and datasets for total rewards processes.
- →Provide regular and ad hoc analyses to support decision making.
- →Shape the total rewards strategy for the entire CD PROJEKT Group.
- →Represent the team during meetings with HR leadership, HR Partners, and business managers.
