About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction field. This role involves planning, executing, and delivering projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, while coordinating team members and third-party contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• →Prepare proposals for professional services including scope, schedule, and fee budget
• →Lead and manage the full lifecycle of architecture and engineering projects from initiation to closeout
• →Serve as the primary client contact, managing relationships and communications
• →Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• →Coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams to ensure technical quality and schedule adherence
• →Develop and monitor project work plans for internal teams and subconsultants
• →Prepare contracts, change orders, fee proposals, and client billing
• →Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, standards, and client requirements
• →Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• →Lead internal project meetings and client presentations
• →Contribute to business development efforts including proposal development
• →Manage billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable in collaboration with accounting
• →Supervise direct reports and perform other duties as assigned
