About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead innovative technical projects in an industrial environment. This role involves managing the entire lifecycle of simulator projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the entire lifecycle of simulator projects from launch to on-site installation
- →Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including software, 3D, and hardware
- →Manage budget, scheduling, resources, and contractual follow-up
- →Serve as the main client contact and maintain fluid communication
- →Organize key meetings including kick-off, FAT/SAT, and progress reviews
- →Ensure quality, respect deadlines, and comply with SMQSE standards
- →Motivate and support your team using Agile/Scrum methodologies
Requirements
- ✓Degree in engineering, management, or communication (or equivalent experience)
- ✓Proven experience in technical project management, ideally in railway or mobility
- ✓Excellent command of French, English, and German
- ✓Willingness to travel regularly to accompany client installations
