About the Role
Chalkboard is seeking a Senior Product Designer to help craft intuitive, high-impact experiences for sports gaming. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Leadership to shape how users engage with Chalkboard daily.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the end-to-end design process from discovery to shipped features
- →Lead product discovery with Product and Engineering to understand user behavior
- →Translate insights into UX flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- →Refine and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability
- →Design mobile-first experiences with focus on clarity and usability
- →Take ownership of major product initiatives from concept to launch
- →Present work clearly, grounding decisions in user needs and data
- →Simplify complex sports gaming mechanics into intuitive user journeys
- →Design experiments to optimize onboarding, engagement, and monetization
- →Collaborate daily with engineers for pixel-perfect execution
- →Partner with Growth and Marketing for cohesive brand experiences
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience designing consumer-facing digital products
- ✓Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product thinking
- ✓Fluency in modern design tools like Figma
- ✓Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
- ✓Strong understanding of interaction design and visual hierarchy
- ✓Ability to translate complex systems into simple user flows
