About the Role

We are looking for an AI Operations Analyst to join our Customer Experience (CX) team at Checkatrade. This role focuses on ensuring our AI-powered customer experience tools run reliably and continuously improve.

Key Responsibilities

→Keep the Conversational AI Platform running daily, configuring workflows, routing and escalation to ensure customers get the right outcome fast.
→Drive Knowledge Upkeep, identify gaps and ensure information is accurate, fresh and consistent as processes change and new products launch.
→Build and maintain guardrails so the AI behaves safely, clearly, and in line with how Checkatrade works.
→Monitor performance daily, spot degradation early, and translate issues into fixes.
→Partner with Product, Data and Engineering teams to ship improvements quickly.
→Support rollout into new channels and use cases without relying on ad-hoc effort.

Requirements

✓Hands-on experience operating AI/automation tools in an ops environment.
✓Experience monitoring and improving AI performance using metrics and translating issues into fixes.
✓Experience in operations, CX, process improvement or tool ownership.
✓Confidence using data and dashboards to diagnose problems and prove impact.
✓Strong attention to detail and a "get it done" mindset.
