About the Role
We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to join Checkatrade, the UK’s go-to home improvement marketplace. This role involves leading high-impact, cross-business projects to simplify operations and drive scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- →Take ownership of cross-team projects requiring clear end-to-end delivery
- →Translate high-level business goals into operational initiatives and priorities
- →Bring structure to initiatives involving multiple teams and competing priorities
- →Identify and improve processes, tools, or ways of working that slow teams down
- →Simplify workflows and remove unnecessary steps for scalable execution
- →Partner with Data teams to build and maintain performance reporting
- →Use data insights to pinpoint performance improvements and implement actions
- →Create documentation and playbooks for consistent team practices
- →Track the impact of changes to ensure measurable improvements
- →Support teams through change to ensure adoption of new approaches
