About the role
We are hiring for a Director of Product Marketing to lead go-to-market strategy across our Lending and Trust & Safety product areas. In this role, youβll own how we bring complex, high-impact financial products and risk systems to marketβtranslating them into clear, compelling value for our members while maintaining trust and transparency.
Youβll partner closely with Product, Risk, Legal, and Growth to shape positioning, influence the roadmap, and drive adoption of products like MyPay, SpotMe, lending offerings, and critical safety and fraud prevention systems. This role requires strong strategic thinking and cross-functional leadership, balancing growth goals with regulatory, risk, and member trust considerations.
The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $199,000.00 and up to $275,000.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
In this role, you can expect to
β’ Define and lead go-to-market strategy for key products and features, from launch through scale
β’ Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging that resonates with target customers
β’ Drive alignment across Product, Growth, Brand, and Analytics to ensure cohesive execution
β’ Improve product adoption, engagement, and retention through effective product marketing strategies
β’ Partner with Product to influence roadmap and feature prioritization based on market and customer insights
β’ Build and scale a high-performing Product Marketing team, setting clear priorities and execution standards
β’ Establish frameworks and processes for repeatable, high-quality product launches
To thrive in this role, you have
β’ 10+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles (e.g., growth, strategy)
β’ 7+ years of experience leading and scaling high-performing teams
β’ 2+ years of consumer lending experience
β’ Proven track record of owning end-to-end go-to-market strategy for products or features
β’ Strong expertise in positioning, messaging, and value proposition development
β’ Experience partnering closely with Product, Growth, Brand, and Analytics
β’ Ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling customer narratives
β’ Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform strategy and measure impact
