About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Content Strategist to join Chime's member support organization. This role involves leading efforts to build and improve content that helps members and agents quickly get what they need, partnering cross-functionally to shape content that supports product and support strategies.

Key Responsibilities

→Act as a strategic partner in shaping content direction and scaling content creation
→Explain complex product and policy concepts in simple, jargon-free language
→Find the most effective ways to convey information, educate members and agents, and reinforce learning
→Lead with data and insights to identify opportunities, shape strategy, and continuously improve content
→Proactively synthesize research and feedback into scalable, strategic solutions
→Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities with independent, strategic thinking
→Manage key projects related to product, policy, and process launches
→Leverage LLMs and generative AI tools to drive improvements in content creation

Requirements

✓5+ years of experience in help and support content, product or content operations, or technical writing
✓Strong verbal and written communication skills with success with internal and external stakeholders
✓Experience defining, tracking, and reporting on content metrics
✓Experience working with CRM tools, content management systems, LLMs or generative AI tools, and Google Workspace
✓Previous experience working with vendors, BPO partners, or writing contractors is a plus
