About the Role

Chime is seeking a Staff Data Analyst to lead critical forecasting and performance insights for core growth and revenue drivers. This role will set the strategy and operating model for forecasting across key metrics and drive scenario planning with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

→Own end-to-end forecasting strategy and operating rhythm for core business and financial drivers
→Define and evolve forecasting frameworks that improve accuracy and consistency
→Drive scenario planning and investment tradeoff discussions with senior leaders
→Create performance narratives for key KPIs and unit economics
→Be the arbiter of truth for forecasting and performance measurement
→Scale insights and tooling through dashboards and automation
→Develop talent by managing, mentoring, and coaching managers and analysts

Requirements

✓8–10 years in strategic finance, forecasting/FP&A, or similar analytical finance role
✓Track record of leading complex forecasting and planning workstreams
✓Deep fluency in financial metrics, unit economics, and performance measurement
✓Strong modeling and analytical skills
✓Advanced SQL and spreadsheet modeling; Python or R proficiency preferred
✓Exceptional communication and stakeholder leadership skills
✓Strong ownership and pace in a high-growth environment
