About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and collaborative DevOps Engineer to join CI&T's global delivery team. You will be responsible for designing, automating, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure solutions that empower high-performance software development. Working with global teams across Brazil and EMEA, you will help deliver secure, scalable, and resilient systems for world-class clients.

Key Responsibilities

• →Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
• →Implement and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
• →Set up container orchestration environments using Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift
• →Configure observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or ELK
• →Manage cloud-based infrastructure and services in AWS, Azure, or GCP
• →Automate deployment, scaling, and maintenance of production environments
• →Collaborate with developers, SREs, and architects to ensure efficient and secure software delivery
• →Monitor system performance and troubleshoot infrastructure and service issues
• →Ensure security best practices are followed across pipelines and infrastructure
• →Contribute to scripts and tooling for automation of operational tasks and audits
• →Support platform governance, documentation, and cross-team enablement efforts
• →Participate in Agile ceremonies and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
