About the Role
We are looking for a Data Developer to join our tech transformation team at CI&T. This role involves designing and implementing scalable data solutions that drive business value for global clients, working with modern data stacks in cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and develop scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to process large volumes of data efficiently
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and usability
- →Implement and maintain data quality measures throughout the data lifecycle
- →Create and optimize dimensional data models to support analytical needs
- →Develop and maintain Data Lake/Data Warehouse solutions for clients
- →Implement data governance practices including cataloging and lineage tracking
- →Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines for ETL processes
Requirements
- ✓Advanced English communication skills
- ✓Experience working with international clients
- ✓Strong coding experience with Python
- ✓Hands-on experience with Snowflake and DBT
- ✓Proven background in data engineering with modern data stacks
- ✓Experience in Azure cloud environments using SQL and/or Spark
- ✓Knowledge of data quality practices and implementation methods
- ✓Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for ETL processes
- ✓Expertise in dimensional data modeling
- ✓Experience implementing and working with Data Lake/Data Warehouse solutions
- ✓Understanding of Data Governance principles
- ✓Must have: Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps, SQL, Experience with data cleansing, transformation, and integration
- ✓Nice to have: Snowflake, Python
