About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work at the strategic intersection of Operations and Technology, with a specific focus on applying Artificial Intelligence to solve business problems. This role does not require hands-on coding but rather strong consultative capabilities to immerse in daily operations, understand complex processes, and identify where AI agents and automations can generate efficiency and reduce operational friction.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act consultatively with operation teams in Cajamar and Vila Olímpia to deeply understand user routines and pain points
- →Analyze current processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and system utilization issues
- →Translate operational needs into business requirements for AI and agent applications
- →Define solutions using AI agents, machine learning, and data to address business problems
- →Bridge between operations and technical teams to ensure AI solutions align with process reality
- →Propose new workflow designs enhanced by technology to facilitate operational work
Requirements
- ✓Solid previous experience as Business Analyst or Process Analyst
- ✓Experience in mapping, modeling, and optimizing business processes
- ✓Functional knowledge of AI capabilities, limitations, and applications
- ✓Ability to translate complex business problems into clear functional documentation
- ✓Availability for travel within São Paulo region including Cajamar and Vila Olímpia
- ✓Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform ecosystem, specifically Vertex AI
- ✓Ability to identify low-code/no-code tool opportunities for process optimization
