About the Role
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join a Legacy Modernization team focused on AI-driven transformation. This role involves modernizing systems and evolving workflows supported by Artificial Intelligence, working alongside senior developers to combine technical execution with research on new tools and evangelization of best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- →Contribute to the evolution of an AI-supported modernization workflow
- →Explore, test, and apply AI tools and models in software development context
- →Utilize and evolve practices with development support tools, especially GitHub Copilot
- →Identify technical gaps during modernization processes and propose improvements
- →Support other teams in understanding and using the modernization framework
- →Work collaboratively with senior developers and architects
- →Plan and manage your own activities, ensuring organization, deadlines, and priority clarity
- →Report status, progress, and impediments clearly and objectively
- →Share technical knowledge and learnings with the team
Requirements
- ✓Backend experience with Java, Spring Boot framework, and Gradle
- ✓Frontend proficiency with TypeScript and Angular
- ✓Fluency in AI tools for development support and automation
- ✓Self-management ability to organize tasks, meet deadlines, and report progress
- ✓Technical curiosity to follow market releases, new AI models, and technology trends
