About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join our team at CI&T. This role focuses on developing innovative solutions in the insurance sector, utilizing Generative AI and working across both front-end and back-end development.
Key Responsibilities
- →Understand technical project needs by participating in inceptions and technical refinements
- →Propose and implement solutions using Generative AI to optimize operations and processes
- →Contribute to the development and evolution of scalable, high-performance solutions
- →Perform system integrations, transforming and sending information efficiently
- →Code and structure automated tests (TDD) to ensure deliverable quality
- →Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team
- →Support the team with technical questions and promote skill growth among colleagues
- →Foster the development of successors within the team
Requirements
- ✓Professional experience as a Software Architect, with focus on backend/frontend solution design and development
- ✓Experience with Java 17+ programming language
- ✓Knowledge of ReactJS programming language
- ✓Experience with SpringBoot
- ✓Cloud skills with AWS
- ✓Design patterns in microservices
- ✓Design patterns in microFrontend
- ✓API development in Java with SpringBoot
- ✓Responsive and intuitive front-end development
- ✓Relational database and its management
- ✓Microservices development
- ✓Implementation of automated tests using the test pyramid strategy
- ✓Effective communication to ensure alignment of all team members
- ✓Deep understanding of business demands and technical refinement
- ✓Code quality maintenance and adoption of good programming practices
- ✓Critical analysis and continuous search for improvements in processes and solutions
