About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Agile Leader to coach, mentor, and guide our client in finding solutions for organizational challenges. This role involves leading teams in agile practices and AI utilization, playing a key role in long-term strategy to help deliver better products more efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- →Guide teams to stay on track with agile techniques and fine-tune approaches to meet overall strategy
- →Promote a culture of continuous improvement by setting goals and milestones
- →Drive cultural change by championing an agile mindset and industry best practices
- →Facilitate learning and development through individual and team coaching in agile practices
- →Effectively communicate agile principles, scrum practices, and operating models across the organization
- →Champion the use of metrics and objective measures across teams
- →Keep an objective perspective on issues and troubleshoot using agile principles
- →Hold stand-up meetings with cross-functional teams to review project status
Requirements
- ✓Experience as an Agile Leader
- ✓Experience in Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe)
- ✓Experience running agile projects of varying size and complexity
- ✓Strong leadership skills
- ✓Excellent communicator and motivator in English
