About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Squad Leader to lead and empower a cross-functional team of professionals with our international client from the automotive sector. This role plays a key role in achieving organizational goals, fostering collaboration, and driving excellence in project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers, designers, and other specialists
- →Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the squad
- →Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies
- →Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
- →Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- →Use metrics and data-driven insights to improve team performance and product delivery
- →Ensure best practices in software development, testing, and deployment are followed
- →Encourage continuous learning and knowledge sharing among team members
- →Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding project status and challenges
- →Foster strong relationships with other squads and departments to ensure alignment and support
Requirements
- ✓Great English communication skills
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- ✓Proven experience in a leadership role within an agile environment
- ✓Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies
- ✓Experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects
- ✓Proficiency in project management tools and software development technologies
- ✓Experience with tools like ADO and others relevant to agile practices
