About the Role

We are seeking a Front-End Master/Lead to guide a critical strategic initiative: modernizing our extensive Angular applications. This role is paramount in transforming legacy systems into scalable, high-performance solutions designed to support multiple development teams and foster domain-driven excellence.

Key Responsibilities

→Architect and implement a robust, scalable Angular monorepo structure (e.g., Nx) that fosters modularity and efficient cross-team collaboration
→Define and implement rigorous coding standards, architectural guidelines, and CI/CD pipelines
→Champion domain-driven development by guiding teams in defining clear domain boundaries
→Drive the adoption and evolution of a comprehensive Design System/Component Library
→Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance
→Mentor and technically lead junior and mid-level developers
→Evaluate emerging technologies and architectural patterns for strategic adoption

Requirements

✓8+ years of experience as a Lead or Principal Front-End Developer
✓Proven experience with large-scale application migrations, particularly from AngularJS to modern Angular
✓Profound knowledge of modern Angular, including advanced concepts, performance optimization, and state management
✓Hands-on experience with monorepos, specifically Nx Workspace
✓Strong understanding of modular architecture and domain-driven design principles
✓Solid experience with robust testing strategies and tools
✓Excellent communication and leadership skills for client-facing situations
