About the Role

We are seeking talented Generative AI Engineers to join our team and build AI solutions that transform how our clients leverage artificial intelligence. This role combines software engineering and AI expertise to create sophisticated generative AI systems that deliver real business value.

Key Responsibilities

→Design and implement production-ready AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs)
→Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures for large-scale document repositories
→Implement multi-agent AI systems using AWS Bedrock Agents and AgentCore frameworks
→Develop robust backend services and APIs for AI applications using Python
→Design scalable AI pipelines that integrate with enterprise systems
→Create monitoring and observability solutions for AI system performance
→Design and optimize high-quality prompts and templates for LLMs
→Evaluate and fine-tune models for specific use cases
→Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

Requirements

✓3+ years of professional software engineering experience
✓Full-stack development experience
✓Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and foundation model APIs
✓Experience with agentic architecture (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen)
✓Knowledge of prompt engineering and optimization techniques
✓Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, OpenSearch) and embedding models
✓Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for AI applications
✓Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
✓Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts
