About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Mid-Level Java Developer to join a growing client-facing team at CI&T. This role involves working on a loyalty project, developing scalable backend solutions, and collaborating with international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- →Contribute to the Loyalty Project, a fidelity and points-based system
- →Develop and implement effective and scalable backend solutions
- →Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements
- →Design and implement well-designed interfaces
- →Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of learning
Requirements
- ✓Solid experience with Java development and Spring Framework / Spring Boot
- ✓Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
- ✓Experience with database design, including SQL and JPA/Hibernate
- ✓Good understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles
- ✓Experience with test automation, including unit and integration tests
- ✓Experience with Kafka or other messaging/streaming platforms
- ✓Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker and Kubernetes is a plus)
- ✓Strong communication skills; English proficiency is required
