About the Role
CI&T is seeking a DevOps Engineer / SRE to join our team, focusing on automation, reliability, and continuous delivery in AWS environments. This role leads initiatives in automation, observability, and resilience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Continuously monitor system health, creating effective alerts and ensuring proactive incident coverage
- →Evolve observability through infrastructure, application, and custom metric instrumentation, supporting end-to-end troubleshooting
- →Design and implement observability solutions, integrating logs, metrics, traces, and events
- →Create and manage informative dashboards for critical data visualization
- →Develop structured logs and implement tracing infrastructure for better event tracking
- →Instrument APM with dashboards providing valuable application performance insights
- →Create and manage alerts for effective monitoring and early problem identification
- →Conduct chaos engineering practices, creating and executing hypotheses to test system resilience
Requirements
- ✓Solid experience with AWS, including container and Kubernetes services
- ✓Skills in process and infrastructure automation
- ✓Familiarity with distributed monitoring and observability tools like Datadog
- ✓Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices
- ✓Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, agile environment
