About the Role

We are looking for a Back End Developer to join our team at CI&T, a major leader in the CPG industry. This role involves driving technical decisions and facing complex business challenges with clients and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

→Drive technical decisions and face complex business challenges with clients and cross-functional teams
→Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural standards
→Mentor and coach team members on best practices, code quality, and technical growth
→Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
→Innovate and propose strategic solutions with the team for the projects you will be working on
→Work in high-performance agile teams within international contracts as a technical reference

Requirements

✓Advanced English level
✓Solid knowledge in NodeJS
✓Extensive experience designing and implementing Rest APIs, including API versioning and best practices
✓Experience with Unit Testing and good coding practices, with the ability to mentor others on coding best practices
✓Experience with the AWS Cloud Ecosystem and cloud architecture patterns
✓Experience with continuous integration environments
✓Enjoy coding, sharing, and innovating
✓Actively mentor junior and mid-level developers
