About the Role
We are looking for a talented Senior Data Scientist to support existing models and products, providing quick answers, ad-hoc analysis, and impactful dashboard views.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and insights that drive the recommendation engine
- →Understand and support existing models maintained by the Data Science team, addressing stakeholder questions and monitoring performance
- →Work closely with engineering, product management, and marketing teams to integrate recommendation systems into product offerings
- →Track and optimize the performance of recommendation systems, making improvements as needed
- →Create dashboards to support stakeholder inquiries and provide visibility into models and data science products
Requirements
- ✓Experience 5+ years in data science, with a focus on recommendation systems and international projects
- ✓Excellent verbal and written English, able to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders (C1 or higher - mandatory)
- ✓Proficiency in Python
- ✓Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- ✓Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures
- ✓Power BI expertise and data visualization skills
- ✓SQL proficiency for data exploration and analysis
- ✓Strong problem-solving abilities with complex datasets
- ✓Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
