Requirements
- ✓Previous experience as a Business Analyst on ServiceNow platform projects
- ✓Knowledge of ServiceNow modules and platform functionality as a user
- ✓Solid knowledge in requirements mapping and user story writing techniques
- ✓Ability to work with documentation and project management tools
- ✓Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- ✓Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
