About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Cloud Developer to join our team for a strategic project migrating Oracle databases to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with transformation to PostgreSQL. This role focuses on implementing and automating infrastructure, ensuring architectural designs are realized securely, reproducibly, and at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- โImplement infrastructure base in GCP using Terraform
- โConfigure and deploy regional and zonal clusters (Cloud SQL and AlloyDB) following defined architecture and hardening standards
- โConfigure and manage Data Migration Service to support the migration process
- โEnsure reproducibility, security, and organization of infrastructure (Infrastructure as Code)
- โConfigure networks (VPC, Subnets, Firewall Rules, Cloud DNS)
- โProduce detailed technical documentation and operational manuals for the support team
- โInvestigate and resolve complex infrastructure problems autonomously
Requirements
- โPractical experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) in production environments
- โExperience with DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- โProficiency in Terraform and version control with Git
- โExperience in creating and maintaining Cloud SQL and AlloyDB
- โKnowledge of networking concepts (VPC, Subnets, Firewall Rules, Cloud DNS)
- โAbility to work autonomously in resolving complex infrastructure problems
