About the Role
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our team at CI&T, a company specializing in technological transformation. You will define and implement Salesforce strategy for a healthcare company, ensuring a personalized, seamless digital experience for contact lens wearers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead Salesforce Strategy: Define the technical approach in partnership with the Vision New Wearer team, aligning with business goals.
- →Act as the sole Salesforce expert, responsible for all SFDC-related decisions and integrations.
- →Ensure alignment with architecture and governance teams to maintain compliance and standards.
- →Develop and maintain Salesforce-based solutions using modern design patterns.
- →Translate user stories into efficient, well-documented code.
- →Manage deployments via CI/CD pipelines.
- →Collaborate with engineers and QA for end-to-end system understanding.
- →Manage technical debt and ensure security compliance.
- →Provide ongoing support, including incident management and root cause analysis.
Requirements
- ✓Service Cloud and Sales Cloud expertise.
- ✓Proficiency in Salesforce Apex and Salesforce Flow.
- ✓Strong integration experience (REST API, Webhook).
- ✓Familiarity with design patterns and FFLIB.
- ✓Git-based source code management.
- ✓CI/CD pipeline experience.
- ✓Agile/Scrum methodology knowledge.
- ✓Strong problem-solving and proactive mindset.
- ✓Fluent English (written and spoken).
- ✓Experienced in get CAB/Governance approvals for proposed technical changes.
