About the Role

We are looking for a Java Developer to join our team at CI&T, working on a financial sector project. This role involves strategic technical partnership with clients, focusing on high-performance microservices development.

Key Responsibilities

→Partner with CI&T in delivering technical solutions for the financial sector
→Develop and maintain high-performance microservices with focus on scalability, quality, and security
→Work on backend systems with some frontend integration understanding
→Participate in all software development lifecycle phases
→Propose and implement technical solutions aligned with functional and non-functional requirements
→Conduct code reviews ensuring quality and best practices
→Provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary teams
→Refine and deliver technical solutions across multiple scenarios
→Ensure consistent, high-standard deliveries to clients
