About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Machine Learning Engineer to bridge software engineering and data science. This role involves architecting data pipelines and production systems that serve machine learning models.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, develop, and deploy production-grade ML models using Python and Spark
- →Build and maintain robust data pipelines within our Databricks environment
- →Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns and opportunities in large datasets
- →Design and execute rigorous A/B tests and multivariate experiments
- →Work with stakeholders to define success metrics and translate business questions into data science problems
- →Create ad-hoc models to forecast business trends and provide actionable insights
- →Communicate complex findings through visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Databricks SQL
- →Collaborate with Product Managers to translate business goals into technical ML objectives
- →Apply software best practices like unit testing, code reviews, and design docs to the ML stack
Requirements
- ✓Experience with Python and Spark for ML model development
- ✓Strong understanding of data architecture and pipeline design
- ✓Proficiency in exploratory data analysis and statistical hypothesis testing
- ✓Experience with Databricks environment
- ✓Knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Databricks SQL
