About the Role
We are looking for a Coordinator to support the Director of Food Offerings & New Technology in managing administrative, operational, and content-related tasks across both business units. This role involves supporting new city plans, managing digital content, coordinating signage and supplier logistics, and handling data analysis and project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- βManage all IP Service Desk requests and coordinate content updates for show pages
- βAdd or remove markets on IP systems and update translations for new markets
- βTrack and maintain New City Plans on IP & Ticket pages and support QA across 15+ IPs
- βMonitor Power BI dashboards for performance and maintenance
- βPrepare UX copy decks for upcoming experiences and new launches
- βManage all signage requests and updates for onsite operations
- βCoordinate printing and delivery of signage in collaboration with vendors
- βAssist in supplier account opening and SAP account creation processes
- βSupport sourcing of food containers, display units, and F&B equipment
- βCoordinate packaging distribution across international markets
Requirements
- β2+ years of experience in coordination, operations, or administrative roles
- βStrong organizational and multitasking skills
- βProficiency with tools like Power BI, Excel, SAP (or willingness to learn)
- βExcellent written and verbal communication skills
- βAbility to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors
- βAttention to detail and sense of ownership and accountability
- βFlexibility, adaptability, and collaborative mindset
- βTech-savvy with interest in digital tools and platforms
