About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Project Leader to join Cirrus Logic, a company known for its award-winning culture and innovative solutions in mixed-signal processing. This role involves leading the design planning and execution of high-performance mixed-signal ICs and interfacing with management, product management, and key customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive accountability and awareness, solve problems, remove roadblocks, and proactively address risks to ensure project quality and timely completion
- →Provide project leadership for mixed-signal audio products by working with multi-functional silicon development teams
- →Responsible for end-to-end project planning and execution management to improve project certainty
- →Represent the engineering team in communicating with internal and external partners
- →Enable communication and transparency to ensure alignment at all organizational levels
- →Develop and deploy standard methodologies to improve program performance and efficiency
- →Champion lessons learned to drive continuous improvement and avoid known problems
Requirements
- ✓BS in EE with 10+ years, or MS+8 or PhD+6 years of experience in technical project leadership developing integrated circuits
- ✓Experience in semiconductor design
- ✓Thorough understanding of silicon development processes
- ✓Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to work with multi-functional teams
- ✓Basic knowledge of analog and digital design flows
- ✓Strong program management fundamentals
