About the Role
The City of Fort Worth is seeking an HR Business Partner to serve as the primary liaison between Human Resources and assigned operational departments. This role ensures consistent application of people-focused policies and provides consultative services related to employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and nurture operational partnerships through direct collaboration and coaching with department leaders
- →Act as a liaison between all HR functional areas to meet the needs of assigned portfolio
- →Provide generalist-level consultation on employment matters
- →Review, analyze, and present strategic solutions to drive organizational results
- →Mediate and resolve employee relations issues
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, public administration, or related field
- ✓Five years of human resources generalist experience
- ✓Valid Driver’s License
- ✓Certification in Human Resources Management (preferred)
