About the Role
MOERJ seeks an experienced Digital Media & Communications Specialist to develop creative content for the organization and its units. This role involves designing traditional and new media assets to promote equity initiatives and engage diverse communities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design graphics, digital materials, and visual storytelling content to make policies and programs accessible to the public
- →Refine and elevate MOERJ’s visual identity across all entities
- →Create cohesion among existing brand elements and introduce innovative design solutions
- →Support a variety of related projects including events, press activities, and other engagements
- →Manage and maintain social media accounts
- →Develop, schedule, and publish posts highlighting office initiatives
- →Write clear and engaging captions and messaging
- →Monitor social media platforms and respond to comments/messages
- →Track analytics and prepare reports on engagement
Requirements
- ✓Deep understanding of creative industry standards and practices
- ✓Exceptional creative design skills
- ✓Ability to conceptualize and deliver stylized, modern logos and website interfaces
- ✓Experience with motion graphics, illustration, and CAD software
- ✓Strong social media management skills
- ✓Ability to translate complex policy or equity initiatives into clear visual materials
