Key Responsibilities
- →Maintain a project management information system for planning and control
- →Establish project timeframes and cost schedules
- →Coordinate project activities between client agencies, contractors, and departments
- →Review schedules, reports, and orders from consultants and contractors
- →Check contractors' work performance through field visits and inspections
- →Prepare management reports
- →Resolve problems related to schedules and budgets
Requirements
- ✓Authorization to work in the United States
- ✓Permanent in the Project Manager Intern title or on Open-Competitive list #5114
- ✓Ability to provide Notice of Result card or proof of permanency
- ✓Willingness to perform entry-level project management tasks
- ✓Ability to work 35 hours per week
- ✓Compliance with NYC civil service criteria
