About the Role
We are seeking an Oracle E-Business Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing ongoing support for Oracle E-Business Suite environments and managing various system maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide ongoing support for Oracle E-Business (12.1.3) Production and SDLC lower environments
- →Handle standard requests, code migration, and configuration/personalization
- →Configure and maintain the Concurrent Manager
- →Perform Oracle E-Business patching for both DB Tier and Application Tier
- →Troubleshoot performance and system issues
- →Manage user provisioning and standard maintenance tasks
- →Ensure backup and restore assurance using Oracle RMAN and Commvault
- →Perform WINDOWS Operating System patching
- →Conduct disaster recovery operations, testing, and enhancement
- →Handle cloning, data sharing, and SDLC environments refresh
- →Perform encrypted data extracts for vendor exchange
- →Create yearly database for the Controller’s Office
- →Create monthly full application clones for reporting
- →Maintain Oracle Cloud EBS data integration
- →Configure and maintain audit data capture
- →Conduct research and documentation
- →Coordinate and collaborate with customers and other DBAs
Requirements
- ✓Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (12.1.3)
- ✓Knowledge of Oracle RMAN and Commvault
- ✓Familiarity with WINDOWS Operating System patching
- ✓Understanding of disaster recovery operations
- ✓Experience with SDLC environments
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills
- ✓Ability to work collaboratively with customers and other DBAs
