About the Role
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on analyzing business processes, designing improvements, and ensuring effective communication between business units and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze and document current-state business processes and design future-state processes that improve efficiency and effectiveness
- →Recommend process changes and best practices to reduce reliance on application customizations
- →Serve as a liaison between business units, IT teams, vendors, and project managers
- →Support IT project planning activities, including scope definition and risk identification
- →Develop clear and comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents and process flows
- →Participate in solution design reviews to ensure proposed solutions meet business needs
- →Support system testing activities, including test planning and user acceptance testing
- →Assist with deployment activities, training support, and post-implementation review
- →Mentor junior business analysts and contribute to the development of business analysis standards
Requirements
- ✓Experience in business process analysis and documentation
- ✓Strong communication skills to liaise between business units and IT teams
- ✓Knowledge of project planning, risk identification, and change management
- ✓Ability to develop comprehensive documentation and participate in solution design reviews
- ✓Experience with system testing, including test planning and user acceptance testing
- ✓Understanding of deployment activities and post-implementation review processes
- ✓Ability to mentor junior business analysts and contribute to standards development
