About the Role

We are looking for a Partner Manager to join CitySwift, the world's leading intelligent data platform for public transport. This role involves delivering value for key customers by building relationships, managing projects, and ensuring our platform meets customer goals and ROI expectations.

Key Responsibilities

→Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers
→Build strong relationships with customers from operational leads to senior stakeholders
→Manage onboarding, delivery, and post-deployment projects
→Monitor usage and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
→Translate customer goals into actionable plans and collaborate cross-functionally
→Lead QBRs and regular account reviews
→Share customer insights with Product, Tech, and Partner Management teams
→Support product development through testing and customer feedback
→Support renewals and expansions by demonstrating impact
→Drive continuous improvement by identifying patterns and suggesting enhancements

Requirements

✓Experience in a customer-facing or project management role within public transport, SaaS, or consulting industries
✓Strong relationship-building and communication skills
✓Project management experience with organization and deadline focus
✓Comfort with data interpretation and performance metrics
✓Collaborative mindset with ability to work cross-functionally
✓Genuine curiosity about transport, sustainability, and data
✓Ability to travel periodically for customer meetings
✓Knowledge of commercial or franchised bus operations is a bonus
