What you'll do
We're looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our Mexico team and help build lasting partnerships with Claraβs clients. Youβll manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring they get the most value from our platform while acting as their trusted advisor. This is a cross-functional role that requires a mix of relationship management, commercial drive, and product insight.
Your mission will be to drive customer retention, identify growth opportunities, and deliver a seamless experience from onboarding through renewal. Youβll collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to advocate for customer needs and contribute to Claraβs long-term success. At Clara, we value owners who take pride in the success of their customers and aren't afraid to dive deep into the data to solve complex problems.
Who you are
Weβre looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Must haves

2β3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales.
β’
Background in fintech, banking, SaaS, or financial services.
β’
Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Hubspot.
β’
Experience or interest in AI tools to automate workflows and improve response times.
β’
Working proficiency in English and Spanish.
β’
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
β’
Adaptability to fast-changing environments and a proven track record of execution.
β’
Experience identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities to drive account expansion.
Nice to haves

Independent analytical skills using spreadsheets or Metabase.

Experience collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.

Familiarity with product usage monitoring or customer health scoring.

Claraβs Hybrid Policy
Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.
We don't enforce a minimum number of days for most roles, but you're expected to spend time at the office organically, and be at the office most days during your ramp-up or when required by your leader.
