About the Role
The GRC Manager provides tactical leadership and operational oversight for key components of the company’s enterprise GRC program. This role is responsible for managing GRC analysts, driving compliance initiatives, managing risk assessment, and ensuring control effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage and mentor a team of GRC Security Analysts
- →Oversee and execute the security risk assessment process
- →Lead efforts to document, enforce, and communicate security policies
- →Develop and maintain security policies and controls for AI systems
- →Act as the primary operational liaison for internal and external audits
- →Provide direct support to the third-party risk management program
- →Facilitate IT compliance activities
- →Collaborate with business units and technical teams
- →Define and track metrics to measure security program success
- →Support incident response and disaster recovery efforts
- →Ensure protection of critical data
- →Manage information security training requirements
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of experience in cybersecurity with focus on GRC or audit
- ✓3+ years of experience managing or leading a distributed team
- ✓Expert-level understanding of NIST, ISO, GDPR, and GLBA
- ✓Proven ability to manage GRC-related projects
- ✓Strong technical acumen in cloud computing security
- ✓Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Prior experience with GRC tools and process improvements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- ✓Holds or is working toward CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or CGRC
