Job Title We’re looking for a Global FP&A Lead to join our team here at ClearScore in London. The role, reporting to our Group Finance Director, will lead on scaling our FP&A function, delivering high quality financial analysis and being a strategic business partner to leaders across ClearScore. This role is ideal for an individual who wants exposure to the full breadth of financial planning that’s required across a global group of diverse businesses, is capable of producing analysis to leads to commercial actions, and is a strong communicator to non-finance stakeholders. What you will be doing: • Lead the FP&A function through regular budgeting cycles. Be the person responsible for defining processes, timetables & outputs, as well as collaborating with a wide group of stakeholders to ensure the Group delivers its long term financial goals. • Produce high quality financial analysis & business partnering, that provides insight to decision makers throughout the business up to C-suite and Board level. • Establish a strong financial framework for assessing strategic investments, including M&A opportunities as well as within existing businesses. • Build FP&A capability and contribute to the development of individuals within the wider Finance team. Seek crossover between our accounting & reporting function and FP&A. Skills we'd love you to have • Excellent numerical reasoning & quantitative sills. • Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to create clear and compelling presentation materials. • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills. • Deep understanding of commercial models & unit economics. • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines. • Comfortable working with ambiguity and navigating cross-functional collaboration. • Proactive, resourceful, and excited by the opportunity to help shape the future of a growing business.
