About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Engineering Manager to guide and develop our newly formed AI engineering squad. This team will focus on developing core AI technologies and internal capabilities to power future product offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and develop a talented squad of mid-level, senior, and principal engineers
- →Define and execute the technical strategy and roadmap for the AI domain
- →Take the lead on complex technical programs spanning multiple squads
- →Hold the squad accountable for delivering value to users
- →Shape and improve company-wide managerial and technical best practices
Requirements
- ✓Significant experience managing high-performing engineering teams
- ✓Track record of coordinating and delivering large-scale programs
- ✓Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical involvement
- ✓Robust technical background in technical systems
- ✓Expert understanding of modern agile practices
- ✓Experience mentoring junior engineering managers
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
