About the Role
ClickHouse is looking for a Marketing Design Events Lead to drive the visual direction of their most important events, from conferences and trade shows to internal summits and virtual launches. This hands-on role requires a creatively ambitious designer who can shape compelling visual experiences that honor the brand while pushing it forward.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the visual direction and design execution for key internal and external events
- →Concept and create assets across physical and digital formats
- →Collaborate with event producers, marketing, and design peers
- →Translate technical ideas into powerful visual stories
- →Develop illustration and motion styles that elevate the brand
- →Ensure consistency with brand guidelines while evolving the aesthetic
- →Work across time zones and teams
- →Manage timelines, feedback, and delivery
- →Occasionally travel for major events
Requirements
- ✓5+ years experience as a designer with a strong portfolio
- ✓Expertise in illustration, visual storytelling, and brand expression
- ✓Ability to set a creative vision and execute hands-on
- ✓Experience designing for physical and digital environments
- ✓Strong grasp of typography, layout, and spatial design
- ✓Confident working in Figma, Adobe CS, and motion tools
- ✓Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- ✓Experience working in distributed/global teams
