About the Role
We are looking for a consultative and creative recruiter to grow and scale our Engineering, Information, and Specialized Tech teams across AMER at Stripe. This role focuses on building the culture of Stripe by aligning the strongest global talent to our highest impact business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with multiple internal stakeholders to understand hiring objectives and drive recruiting strategies
- →Partner closely with recruiting analytics to ensure accurate reporting of hiring progress
- →Build and drive cross-functional partnerships with compensation, human resources, finance, and others to scale hiring
- →Generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates through branding, events, and employee referral channels
- →Provide timely reporting of key metrics and insights to drive decisions and improve processes
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house experience strongly preferred)
- ✓Experience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process
- ✓High agency, can handle ambiguity in a fast-moving organization
- ✓Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build diverse pipelines
- ✓An active and data-driven approach to problem-solving
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
