Senior support & technisch advies Je lost complexe incidenten op en bewaakt het proces tot aan de definitieve oplossing. Je adviseert gebruikers over Core Technology- en Legal Technology-applicaties en deelt je kennis actief met de lokale en regionale teamleden .
Gebruikerservaring & technologie-adoptie Je levert ondersteuning op maat, via een rondje op de vloer, 1-op-1 en de Tech Hub. Je analyseert de behoeften van advocaten en business professionals. Daarbij pas je je communicatiestijl moeiteloos aan op je gesprekspartner.
AV, vergaderruimtes & evenementen Je ondersteunt AV-systemen, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco-apparatuur en conferencing-oplossingen. Je zorgt voor preventieve checks, kabelmanagement en een vlekkeloze ondersteuning bij interne en externe evenementen.
Infrastructuur & projecten Je werkt samen met het Global Infrastructure-team bij uitrolprojecten, pilots en hardwaretests.
Servicemanagement & asset management Je registreert incidenten en oplossingen nauwkeurig in ServiceNow, bewaakt SLA's en verzorgt communicatie bij storingen en onderhoud. Daarnaast beheer je de hardware-inventaris en zorg je voor een actuele en betrouwbare asset database.
Documentatie & innovatie Je houdt kennis- en proceduredocumentatie actueel en houdt ontwikkelingen op het gebied van AI, cloud en security actief bij.
